Step 1:

Complete the text fields below with your Name and Email address you wish to use for correspondence. In the case of a group entry the email address must be of the nominated team leader. This does not need to be the email address related to the PayPal Account, we will use this email address for updates and general correspondence with applicants.

Step 2:

Click on the 'Register Now' button, whereupon you will be forwarded to the PayPal portal to make the payment of Ł10 GBP for registration this year. PayPal offers the most readily accessible method to receive payments from around the world although we are aware that PayPal does not operate in a number of countries which we regret.

Step 3:

Make the PayPal payment with an existing account or with a temporary account. The PayPal portal offers detailed guidance on this process. Please refer to PayPal's own help pages for guidance on making the payment here . We regret we will not be able to answer queries on the technical aspects of the PayPal system.

Step 4:

AfH will send you an email confirming your registration reference number which should be clearly marked on each of your submission documents. Please allow up to 48hrs to receive your reference. If you have not received your reference in 48hrs please contact us.

Step 5:

Submit your work in the format specified by midnight on the 5th of July 2010 UK Time. This has been revised from 1200hrs as previously specified
